SM Black Box Consulting LLC empowers people to think INSIDE, OUTSIDE, AND ALL AROUND their boxes through the application of human-centered design thinking. Human-centered design is the key to creating better products, services, and internal processes because it focuses on the people who use the products or services or who are the subject of the processes.
Human-centered design thinking challenges assumptions, and it provides the tools for redefining problems, creating innovative solutions, and prototyping and testing such solutions.
Shirat Mavligit
Founder
Shirat Mavligit, as the founder of SM Black Box Consulting LLC, understands that innovation is at the very core of a successful business and that in order to innovate, a business must think beyond the constraints of viability and feasibility. We are all innovators and creators; sometimes, we just need some guidance and a little push to investigate what is inside our boxes and then to break out of them. Shirat is well-positioned to guide such investigations and innovations as she honed her research, analytical, problem-solving, and relational skills as an attorney and as an architectural design professional for the last 15+ years. In addition to being a licensed attorney and having Masters in Architecture, Shirat has been certified by the LUMA Institute as a practitioner of human-centered design.
